Diploma in Mutawwif & Pilgrimage Management Skills
The compulsory learning topics that include CU and CA have been structured based on the NOSS standards.
The subjects encompass the fields of tourism, hospitality, and travel activities, including both inbound and outbound tours.
Exposure to marketing and business operation skills provides added value and enhances students’ employability.
Complementary subjects that enhance students’ communication skills in preparation for entry into the industry.
Core language skills, that are essential for developing students into competent mutawwif.
Industry-relevant skills that students are required to master in order to be recognized as competent trainees.
Diploma in Mutawwif & Pilgrimage Management Skills
Applicants must be Muslims, including both local and international candidates.
Applicants must possess basic literacy and numeracy skills (reading, writing, and arithmetic).
Applicants must be between 16 and 45 years old at the time of submitting the application form.
Applicants must be able to communicate and write at a basic level in both Arabic and English.
Applicants must be medically fit and free from any critical or communicable diseases.
Applicants must have no past or current criminal records and must not have any ongoing criminal convictions or pending cases.
Diploma in Mutawwif & Pilgrimage Management Skills
Applicants must be Muslims, including both local and international candidates.

No. The diploma will be issued by the Department of Skills Development under the Ministry of Human Resources (KSM).
The diploma is issued by the Government of Malaysia under the Department of Human Resources. Please refer to the Sample Diploma. This programme is managed by the accredited centre, Professional Mutawwif Development International College (PMDIUC), which is registered under JPK, and facilities are provided by public universities.
You may apply for a PTPK loan to finance the programme. For living expenses, you may apply to Baitulmal or your respective State Foundation. (For Local Malaysian Student Only)
The PTPK loan (Islamic Loan) application will be handled by PMDIUC.
Yes. Students must go through the cancellation process set by JPK. Students can only register at a new location after their name has been removed from the system by JPK, and a new registration fee must be paid.
Yes, but they must pass the screening process conducted by the Student Enrollment Division (JPP), PMDIUC.
Yes, you are eligible, but need to go through the required screening process.
Yes, but students must settle all outstanding fees if they have not yet received the PTPK loan.
Learning sessions will be conducted at public universities or colleges that have established collaborations with PMDSB, PMDIUC.
